2018年1月に開催されるThe Pains of Being Pure at Heart東京公演のサポートアクトとして、Luby Sparksの出演が決定した。
現在では実質上Kip Berman（キップ・バーマン）のソロ・プロジェクトとなっているThe Pains of Being Pure at Heartは、新作『The Echo of Pleasure』を今年8月に日本先行リリースしている。
なお、今回、ゲスト出演が決まったLuby Sparksは男女ツイン・ボーカルのインディー・ポップ・バンド。1月24日（水）にデビュー・アルバム『Luby Sparks』をリリースする。
